With over a decade in hospitality, May has excelled in sales and marketing, prioritizing exceptional customer experiences. Her impressive journey includes roles at renowned venues like Planet Hollywood in Hong Kong and the five-star Marco Polo Gateway, where she earned an award for Best Customer Service in 2006.

In Thailand, she further developed her expertise as an Event Manager at Siam @ Siam Hotel and Spa, and later as Banquet Sales Manager at Novotel Siam Square. Now at Thai Villa Restaurant, May is dedicated to ensuring every guest feels valued, driven by her passion for high standards in food and service. Her enthusiasm makes her an invaluable asset to her team.

Our head chef, Tui, brings over a decade of expertise in Thai and fusion cuisine, having honed her skills in both Thailand and Singapore. With more than a year at Thai Villa Restaurant, Tui's passion for cooking shines through in every dish she creates. She is dedicated to selecting the finest ingredients, infusing love and care into each meal. Tui enjoys experimenting with new flavors and techniques, always seeking to craft exciting dishes that delight our customers. Her culinary creativity and commitment to excellence ensure a memorable dining experience for everyone who visits.
